This morning as I woke up and began my prayer time I heard the word “RESTART” in my spirit. Did you know God loves to give new mercies? Each day, as we are given the gift of life and breath it comes with an opportunity to shake off the old and wear the new.
Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. Ephesians 4:23
Did you know God gives the treasure of “RESTART” to all who call on His name? When we see each other we work at "not" focusing on the negative. But the Father is different, He sees us through the blood His son shed on the cross. His eyes rush over us and pick out details designed and destined to walk in His will and ways. We are covered with Grace and empowered by the Holy Spirit to walk in transforming power, reflecting the image of Christ onto the world.
These truths have been spoken by heaven and no one can stop them from manifesting when we relax and surrender to "RESTART". Even old wounds, woven into relationships are no match for His Grace.
So we have stopped evaluating others from a human point of view. At one time we thought of Christ merely from a human point of view. How differently we know him now! 2 Corinthians 5:16
We have to stop evaluating others and our self from a human point of view.
This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun! 2 Corinthians 5:17
What if we stopped viewing self and others through the lens of the world and picked up the focus fueled by the Fruit of the Spirit?
And all of this is a gift from God, who brought us back to himself through Christ. And God has given us this task of reconciling people to him. 2 Corinthians 5:18
What are you struggling with today? Whatever it is God has the answer and He is ready and willing to press the “RESTART” button. The one that casts your sins into the sea of forgetfulness and scatters them as far as the east is from the west.
Once again you will have compassion on us. You will trample our sins under your feet and throw them into the depths of the ocean!
Either way, Christ’s love controls us. Since we believe that Christ died for all, we also believe that we have all died to our old life.
2 Corinthians 5:14
I believe in Jesus. I know God loves His children.
"Repent, restart, and run toward the world carrying the love of Christ. There is no shame or condemnation in pressing the "RESTART" button at the foot of the cross. Even old wounds are no match for the magnificent steadfast love of the Lord."
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.
